The Ghana Education Service and the National Council for Curriculum Assessment have reportedly postponed the upcoming Common Core Programme (CCP) Curriculum workshop for Junior High School teachers across the Country.
According to Information available to Coverghana.com.gh indicate that, the Common Core Programme (CCP) Curriculum workshop which was re-scheduled by GES and NaCCA has been postponed for the second time.
Earlier this week, the Ghana Education Service (GES) in collaboration with the National Council for Curriculum (NaCCA) have re-announced a new date for the Common Core Programme (CCP) Curriculum training for Junior High School (JHS) teachers after they first postponed the workshop.
The Common Core Programme (CCP) Curriculum training which was re-scheduled for all JHS teachers to commence on Monday, 11th January, 2021 to 15th January, 2021 before reopening of Schools on 18th January, 2021 has been called-off indefinitely again.
The directive was sent from Headquarters through MDDEs to CCP Facilitators, Headteachers and Teachers to hold on from moving to Common Core Programme (CCP) training centres until otherwise asked to do so.
This is because there is discussion underway to postpone the Common Core Programme (CCP) training initially scheduled for Monday, 11/01/2021 and this would be confirmed as soon as practicable.
All Junior High School teachers, Facilitators and Participants are asked to treat this message with the utmost urgency it deserves to avoid inconveniences.
